The Voiceless Starlight :))

There are different stations or circles in the world. Like in Inferno by Dante Alighieri there are a lot of circles and pouches. The first circle is the lightest sin. As you go deeper the sins and punishments goes heavier. In our school there are also a lot of stations that the students usually commit sins.

Let us start from the gate: our first station. The officers are usually here and also the guard. They are checking the students if they wear their uniform correctly. They are checking if the students have their I.D.s and if the boys properly cut their hair. If they didn’t follow the rules, the officers will give them letters for their parents to sign.

The second Station is the guidance office. This is the place used for counseling. The students who commit a very large offense will be counseled here together with their parents and other concern persons including their advisers and head teachers.

The third Station is the Canteen. It is where gluttons usually stay. The students who eat a lot and didn’t share their foods are usually here. Sometimes even though it is class hours, you will find them here.

The fourth station is in the classroom where the students commit a sin like cheating and dishonesty. Here the students copy their classmate’s work so their teacher won’t scold them.

The fifth station is in the grounds. The student usually left their trashes there. That’s much prohibited. In our school the students must observe discipline regarding the proper disposal of garbage.

The sixth station is the Faculty room. Here is where the student’s with failing grades or problem will be counseled with their parents and the teachers in charge.

The seventh station is the Gymnasium. Here is where the students usually shout and play. Shouting is very prohibited in our school because of the noise pollution. We are not allowed to shout.

The eighth station is the teacher’s desk. Here is where the confiscated gadgets and other materials that can disturb the classes are being placed.

The ninth station is the laboratories where the students usually break the materials especially the glass wares that were used in laboratory activities in Physics and Chemistry. The students must replace the broken apparatus in order to pass the next level.

In our school there are a lot of areas where the students usually commit sin. The students must follow the rules in the school in order to surpass the punishments that will be given to them. 

Sembreak is one of the most awaited part of the school year. Many students are very excited when the month of October came because sembreak is very near. Before the sembreak comes, many ideas on what to do come up on the mind of the students. But when the sembreak came the students  will just sleep, eat and surf the internet. Some of the ideas on what to do weren’t done because of the change in plans. Some of the students planned to stay at home rather than roaming around.

My sembreak wasn’t fun actually. This sembreak was the most boring sembreak for me. Before the sembreak came I have many plans and to do list. I planned to go to my classmates’ house and bond with them. I planned to sleep in the afternoon to gain energy because I don’t have enough sleep before the sembreak. I also planned to do go somewhere and bond with my family. We also planned to go to Bacolod to see the colorful maskaras in the Maskara Festival and visit my grandparents there. But all of my plans weren’t done. I ended up eating, sleeping and surf the net the whole week end. I don’t know what to do because I already finished my assignments early. Good thing I went to Ternate so my boredom was lessen. The best part of my sembreak is when my crush chat me. Our conversation ended at 1 am. I really had fun chatting with him. He just send me some quotations and situations that I should find out the meaning.

Sembreak is only once a year. We must have some plans and organize it well. We also need to follow and do it or else you’ll end up sleeping and surfing the net like me. We should also finish our assigned task first before doing anything so we can enjoy our 1 week but it feels like 1 day vacation.
